Boyer Valley Elementary honored Mia Schwieso, a vibrant 13-year-old from the Harlan Community School District, that passed away unexpectedly last week. Staff wore her favorite color, blue, and staff, also donated money to go toward a scholarship fund set up in her name. Although she was so young, Mia significantly impacted so many people. She celebrated each day to the fullest in everything she did and should be a great example to us all. Many prayers and hugs are sent to her family, friends, and the Harlan Community School District.
